About
Kanye West (also known as Ye) is a rapper, producer and designer from Chicago, Illinois. He debuted as a solo artist in 2004 with The College Dropout after establishing himself producing for Roc-A-Fella Records, and went on to release a string of genre-defining albums across hip-hop, soul, electronic and gospel influences.
